unlocking account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. The forum here is user-to-user support only and we don't have any ability to make changes to your account. But you should be able to reset your password yourself by using the 'Forgot your password' link on the login page.
