My daughter forget her password for the YW Personal Progress. We have tried several times to reset it, but the site won't let us. We followed the directions and cleared the history off google chrome and then tried again - that didn't work. Then we changed computers and started over - that didn't work either.

What reset/recovery option did you use – did you try recovering your account using her membership record number?
What error did you get (when you say the site didn't let you)?
