mrn and date of birth don't work for recovery

#1

Post by cmuir00 »

My husband would like to register for an account, but he either doesn't know his username and password, or he never got one.
However, when we try to put his information in for a new account, the message says he already exists, but he doesn't know his username or password.
What should we do?

First thing to do is check with your ward clerk and make sure you have the correct MRN (sometimes they get written wrong on temple recommends) and that his birth date is recorded correctly on his record. If that doesn't turn up a problem and if you can't recover the username using the MRN and birth date then ask you ward clerk to call Local Unit Support on your behalf and find out why it won't let him create a new account or recover an old account.
