I have a friend who doesn't remember the username, or password to her account. We don't have her membership record number because she's here temporarily from another country. How can we log in?

You can try recovering from an email address. As long as her membership record has the same email address, it should associated with the forgotten username.

If that doesn't work, she will need to contact the clerk back at home for her MRN.

I just thought of something else, her MRN should be on a temple recommend if she has one. Hopefully it was written down correctly.
