Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I just registered for my tithing donations and was told to enter my MRN. The system won't accept it as mine as it says that I told them that I am a non-member(?)! But I have not been able figure out how to correct this. All the information that is on record is true, except that, of course. So what now? :(

Please refer to the LDS account help pages here. Hopefully the #5 question will help you. If not, you can click through the link at the bottom and send a request to the LDS account help team.

It sounds like your MRN might have already been associated with another account. Have you already used FamilySearch or another LDS website? If so, your username for the donations login would be the same.
