don't remember username or password

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. don't remember username or password

My son had set up an account a long time ago but cannot remember his username or password. He does have his MRN and info but that didn't help in retreiving his username or password. How can he log in to access mission papers?

If you were not able to retrieve his username using his MRN then the old account was not attached to his MRN and you should be able to just create a new account (with the MRN).
