Can I asked a question regarding my husband LDS account ,he didn't change his password that's why until now he can't open his LDS account.what should he do his name is Virgilio gamotea.thanks

If he can't access his account because he doesn't know the password then he should go to https://ldsaccount.lds.org and then click on 'password' in 'Forgot your username or password?' under the sign-in form. It will then let him recover the password by either sending an email to the email address listed in the lds account or by using his membership record number and birthdate. He can get his membership record number either from his temple recommend or from your ward clerk.
