2 passwords

I have just been called as the ward clerk. A while back I forgot my login and created another login when I was called. Now it won't let me login and do anything it states access denied. I'm assuming it's because I have two usernames passwords associated with my name. Any help would be much appreciated

Whichever username is tied to your membership record number will allow you to access Leader and Clerk Resources and the other tools for your calling. Only one username can be tied to your membership record number.

I have the same problem. Is there anyway to remove the username that is not associated with my membership number? Thanks.

I believe you will have to contact the Global Service Center. I have not heard of any other way to accomplish this.
