User Name and Password not recognized

We know username and password but get a "username and password not recognized" message. We have clicked on the email verification but still can't sign in.

I am having troubles loging on. it takes several times before it will except my log on and I am using the correct info.

also it will not let me add my mrn #, or look at or update ward directory

I have lots of problems being able to do anything
