will not accept my member ID

Put in my member ID number and it tells me that there is a member already exists with that number. Which there is it's me. How do I go about fixing this so I can use this for my primary calling.

Most likely you have another LDS Account (perhaps one that was set up a while ago for FamilySearch, or missionary email, or some other Church system). Log out, then visit this page and use the Membership Record Number (MRN) option to recover your other account's username:
