Changing MRN for Parental Consent

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Hi. I was helping a young women to create her LDS Account and I accidentally typed in the wrong membership record number for her parental consent. May I know how it can be waived? Thanks.
