Multiple Accounts

I had an old account that has my mrn but i changed phone numbers, and emails since. And I do not remember my username or password. When I try doing the username recovery by mrn it tells me the number is either wrong, my birthday is wrong, or the account does not exist.

I have a second account now but I can't connect my mrn to it now..

I'd check with your ward clerk to see if you have the MRN written down correctly (temple recommends can be wrong) and that your birthday is recorded correctly.
