How can we set up an account to pay our fast offerings on line monthly? Also, we are leaving for a mission the end of April and need to set up the monthly rent payment?

Since it sounds like you're on a couple's mission, double-check with your clerk, as your mission might not be charging rent though the ward. You may need to pay it in a different way.
