LDS.org thinks I'm not a member of the church even though I have an account. How do I fix this so I can access Tools, Pathway, etc.

You have to go to ldsaccount.lds.org and enter your membership number. I can be found on your temple recommend, but the best place to get it is from a IOS report obtained from your ward clerk or ward membership clerk.
