Unable to change parental verification number

We tried setting up an account for a beehive under age 13 and they required parental consent. We had the verification code sent to a wrong number and is now unable to retrieve that code or even change the number that the code is being sent to. HELP!
We have tried logging in, but it says the account is invalid. When we try to create the account again, it says the membership number is already used in another account. So no we're kind of stuck in between and are unsure of how to proceed.
