My daughter has reserved a name under an old username. The name is incorrectly on our family as well. We have no way to access and release the ordinance work and I don't know how to delete his name. Please help

The easiest way is to figure out how to sign in using that old username. Your daughter can work through the various account recovery options (start the sign in process, then choose "Forgot username" or "Forgot password"). You can start that process from familysearch.org or from ldsaccount.lds.org.

Another option would be to call FamilySearch support at 866-406-1830 and ask them to change the reservation to another account. That depends on your ability to convince them that you made the reservation.
