Lds account password recovery

Good morning,
A sister of my stake, here in Brazil, forgot her password. Her e-mail and telephone number are outdated. How can she recover her password?

Have her use the use MRN method to recover her password.

No one here has access to that information. In fact, I don't think anyone can tell you what your password was. It's stored in a way that makes it impractical to find out.
You'll have to use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
