Missionary forms

Hi. Tonight our Bishop helped us get started with our forms for Senior missionary work. We are home on our own computer now. We watched him sign us out. We signed in at our home but we can't find where the paper work is.
Help!!

To get to the missionary recommendation system, do the following:
* Go to
https://www.lds.org/
* Click on
Share the Gospel in the blue menu bar
* Click on
Missionary Recommendation Form in the right half of the drop-down menu
You can also go directly to the Missionary Online Recommendation System by going to
https://apps.lds.org/recentry/login.lds.
Once you are there, you will need to log in with your LDS Account.

Talk to your bishop. He's the only one that can start the process.
