Will not let me log in without updating my personal info. When I type in my mrn, it tells me an account has already been made with this number. Please help clear this up.

Click "forgot my username" and use your membership record number (MRN) as the recovery option. Usually when this happens it's because another account was created in the past on a Church site but may have been forgotten about. For example, it could have been a FamilySearch or other account that was set up some time ago.
