mistake while making new account

Just trying to set up a new account for another member of our family. I must have entered her my member number as my phone number by accident. It is trying to send the verification code to my phone but it is using my member number as the phone number it is sending it too. So of course it isn't coming thru. The account it stuck in limbo. I can't start over and I can't go forward.
