Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I received an email that my password has changed but I did not change it so what steps do I take now to secure my information?

Go to ldsaccount.lds.org and see if it indeed has changed.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
