Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Profile update

Hello! I am trying to update my profile. However, i cannot add my MRN because i am receiving an error message that my membership record number is already in use to a different account. Anyone who has an idea how to fix this?

Use the "forgot username" link and your MRN to find out what account is using it. It's likely one that you set up for another church site but forgot about.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
