Can't save contact settings to "stake level"

LDS Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to LDS Account (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Can't save contact settings to "stake level"

I can't save my information to "stake level" and it only lets me select "ward level" or "leaders only." I am an adult so I don't know why this isn't working. Others in my stake say they can't find our information in LDS tools.

Check the settings for your household. I think you'll find it's set for ward - which prevents individual settings for stake.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.
