Talk to your ward clerk. The most likely explanation is that your donor record in the ward's record keeping software (called MLS) is not connected to your membership record number. Your ward clerk can fix that, and then the donations you made to the ward will be connected to your membership record number and be visible to you on LDS.org.kristenhopkins wrote:I got an email saying that the 2015 Tax Statements would be available online - for both donations made online and donations made to ward directly.
