Unable to get tax info before starting online.

The email I received said that if my membership # was listed on my account (and it is) I can get a tax statement for the year that included the donations made at my Branch. So I looked up my tax info. It starts in Aug, so I went to make sure my # was attached and tried to print out the tax info for the year. It starts in Aug when I started online donations. How do I get the donations made in my Branch added to the Tax Statement?

The branch will have to associate your donations to them with your MRN so the computer can match them up. (While you're talking to them, you can ask for your tax statement for what you've donated to them.)

This tends to happen if you make a donation before your membership records have been moved into the ward - they don't have your MRN when you donate, and don't think to match them up once your records arrive.
