Go to ldsaccount.lds.org. You should be able to enter your membership number in there to convert your non-member account to a member account.

Two possible error messages:
  • The number is already in use - you've got another account that's using that MRN. Go back to the login, click on "forgot username" and follow the setups to learn what account has your MRN.
  • The MRN is invalid. It probably copy copied down incorrectly. Check with your ward clerk/ward membership clerk for the right number.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.
