Before contacting support at the link listed above. Try going through self support saying that you forgot the username. Then use your membership record number and birthdate to recover it. If the username is different from the one that you normally use, then you have two accounts. You can then finish self support to recover the password for that second account. If you cannot recover your username by MRN. Then feel free to contact support and we here at Account Management will try to help you sort things out on your account.
