Tablet and Laptop Login Problem

LDS Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to LDS Account (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Tablet and Laptop Login Problem

A couple of weeks ago my ability to login to my account on my laptop and tablet stopped working when I am church or at home, I can login in on my workstation at home but not my laptop or tablet. On the tablet and laptop I can see and navigate the website for those areas that don't require me to login, but when I click on "My Account and Ward" nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What browser? Make sure you're not in "private browsing" or "incognito mode" or whatever your browser calls it.

There's a login issue with this forum in IE11, but I've not had any other issues elsewhere.
Have you searched the Wiki?
Try using a Google search by adding "site:tech.lds.org/wiki" to the search criteria.

The laptop is running on Windows 7 and my browser is Google Chrome; however, I was able to login this morning, so with the laptop I'm hoping I'm not dealing with some weird periodic problem. The tablet is a different story, it's an Android system and I am using a google browser. I just tried to login again - still no access.

On a computer, verify that you can log in to ldsaccount.lds.org. If you can't, recover the credentials you need. If you can, then you may need to clear data on your devices, reinstall apps, or contact the device support for help in troubleshooting internet and applications. The Global Service Center doesn't support personal devices. Account Management only supports logging in to LDS Account sites and programs. If you can get in on a computer, then you'll need to contact a support tech specialist (etc.) to get device help for tablets and phones.
