When I sign in on mobile app and Lds.org all I get is an empty United States msr region list I cannot see any ward or stake listed.

It's not clear exactly where you are seeing this. Could you please clarify?

• On LDS.org are you going to Tools/Sign In, then choosing Directory? Or are you looking somewhere else?
• Which mobile app (on which platform) are you using?
• Are your membership records in a ward? You might have your ward clerk check to make sure that your records are actually in the ward.
