Report for wards showing who needs an account?

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Is there a way to get a list of which member do and do not have an lds.org account?

No, who has an account is no ones business but the individuals.

You're correct that this type of report is not currently available, but I could see where it would be helpful for a bishop or stake president to know what percentage of their fold had setup an LDS Account and be able to track that over time, not unlike tracking sacrament meeting attendance or percentage of adults with temple recommends.
