If you are using IE9 and are going to ldsaccount.lds.org, you will need to turn on (enable) Compatibility Mode first.
If you see the right side of the 'Update' or 'Next Step' buttons, Compatibility Mode is not enabled and clicking on the button either has no effect or will reset the page.
Until this is fixed, be sure compatibility mode is enabled in IE9 or use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. There is no problem with using earlier versions of Internet Explorer, IE7 or IE8.
