As a Ward Executive Secretary, I have been instructed by our bishop to have his access in lds.org. He didn't know how to regain his access to lds.org (he cannot signed in)

According to our bishop we are talking on bishopric meeting, he was successfully registered on LDS.org but he did not receive the confirmation E-mail when he registered. He was trying to registered again but the system says that he already registered. He forgot the username and password he have just registered.

Our bishop concerns is that he cannot used the online services. So I have been commanded that I have to ask to the persons know what I have concerned if there are contact number of church department about this issue to regain his access to LDS.org/login

Our bishop (though he is average proficient in computer skills) tries all the possible ways/instructions to regain access his account but he just failed.

He just needs to go to http://ldsaccount.lds.org, click on "Can't Sign In?", and then click on "How do I recover my user name?". Check the "I don't have/can't remember my e-mail" checkbox. It will lead him though the process of recovering his username and correcting his email address if necessary (he'll need his membership number and birthdate to authenticate his identity).

If he is unable to fix his account by the method outlined above, he will be guided to the correct contact point. For security reasons, I doubt if anyone will be able to fix it for him. He'll have to do it himself, with or without local assistance.

thanks for this, though i made a tutorial to help him. I used my own account in the tutorial on how to recover account.. our bishop needs that to test the MORS. for outgoing missionaries
