How does a leader regain access to monitor the YW Personal Progress Account's?

A Ward YW leader routinely monitored the YW personal progress of her girls. A few month's ago she could see her PP but could not check the girls PP. No changes done to the Ward Organization. Need someone she can call to get assistance, or idea on how to fix the issue. I suggested the Ward Clerk remove her from the Org Chart, transmit MLS, then a few days later, re-add her to the YW Org, transmitting again, waiting a few days to see if access was restored. Any better ideas?

First, the ward clerk should make sure that she has a calling that is actually in the YW presidency and is entered with a standard calling. Those are the only people who can see the girls' progress.

Where is the list of callings and rights needed to access the leadership roles of the Online Personal Progress? Is there an online manual?

My wife is the 2nd counselor and she can see the LEADERSHIP link, but the BEEHIVE Leader cannot see the LEADERSHIP link. Also, we have called a "Personal Progress Secretary" and she cannot access the LEADERSHIP link either.

The list of leaders is in Question 11 of the Personal Progress FAQ. If the "Personal Progress Secretary" is someone other than the actual YW presidency secretary, she will not be able to access the leadership link. That is appropriate, since the presidency is supposed to take responsibility for Personal Progress, and not call others to delegate that to.

As for the "BEEHIVE Leader," if she is actually the Beehive Adviser, that same FAQ says that she should have access. Ask the ward clerk to check and make sure that she actually has the correct standard calling in MLS.

Just to emphasize, there are custom callings and standard callings. It's important that the standard one is used, even if the custom calling results in the same exact name. For more details see Difference between standard positions and custom positions

Since one of your beehive advisors was added today they won't have rights until tomorrow. See here (under part 2) for more information on the process of callings getting into the authorization system.
