Updating LDS Account Information

I have tried all options on the help centre - I have a previous account years before and don't remember my password and username, I have tried to recover all options to retain them both but all of the options says that its unavailable for the account including email - MRN and mobile number....

I have set up a new account as not a member and have tried to add my MRN to the account, what come up is that the MRN is already existing in another account which is my old account that I cannot retain have tried in all my power to fix this issue on my end but somehow the issues is still not resolved with all the links LDS has provided...

Can the specialist in this field somehow rest the account or delete previous account so that I can add my MRN to my account

What message or error do you get when you try to recover with your membership record number?

I updated our couple's photo several months ago, and received a "tag" that says "pending approval". How long will that take? Is there a way to hurry it along? Thank you, Renae Salisbury

Talk to your ward clerk. They're the ones that approve.

Instead of signing in, I would suggest you use the Forgot your username option and recover your old account using your membership record number and date of birth. Once you have recovered that account, you can work with your ward clerk to contact the Global Service Center and delete or combine the second account as needed.

I received and email no's gotification that my password had been changed, yet when I when into LDS.org and signed in, it accepted my password, is there something else going on I need to be aware of?

There appears to be a bug in the system causing those emails to be sent. If your sign in and password still work, you should be just fine and do not need to do anything further.

My wife and I were released from an inner city service mission this past summer but both our home stake and our old inner city stake still appear on LDS.org and My LDS Tools app. How do we get the inner city stake information taken off these?

Your inner city stake, or one of their wards, probably created an out-of-unit record for you. Ask them to please release you from your callings in that stake or ward and then delete the out-of-unit record for each of you. That is what allowed you to see information from the inner city stake and, of course, you no longer need it.
