How can I to unificate two lds counts?

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

How can I to unificate two lds counts?

I have two counts with the users: pastor_pinza and pastorpinza. My identification is [removed]

I need to begin my family search but I can´t for the two counts. Please help

I have removed your membership record number because this is a public forum.

If you will ask your ward clerk, he will be able to help you get in contact with the Global Service Center who will be able to combine your two accounts.
