Phone number for account recovery

We are working with the leaders and members here in Samoa as senior missionaries, and have found that when we help them create an LDS Account we cannot use a phone number for account recovery, because Samoa is not on the dropdown list of countries. It would be extremely helpful if we could use telephone numbers in the recovery option, because very few people here have email or home computers. Is there any way to get Samoa added to the countries on the dropdown list to help with the creation of LDS Accounts? Thanks!
