YouTube Safety Mode

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, but I'm sure an all powerful moderator can move it if need be.

We have an internet filter which turns on Safety Mode on YouTube, and I noticed recently that some of the Church's videos are unavailable in safety mode... some make sense - sort of - (videos with conference talks about p ornography).

Others don't make any sense, such as the block on the Church's "invitation to General Conference" video.

That video is blocked with safety mode enabled, and I think it has something to do with one of the tags being "Deiter F. Uchtdorf" (it's the letter "F" that freaks out the YouTube filters).

To test this out, go to YouTube and do a search for the tag "Deiter F Uchtdorf" with and without safety mode enabled. With safety mode enabled, you get only two results, one of which ends up being blocked anyway. With safety mode disabled, you get about 100 results. If you just search Dieter F. Uchtdorf, you get about 400 results (with or without safety mode enabled). This leads me to believe it has something to do specifically with the tags.

In my trying this stuff out on YouTube I found a few videos in safe mode that weren't blocked and noticed that the tags didn't have "F" - however, some of them that weren't blocked did have the "F" and I'm not sure if that was just a fluke or if my theory is off. But I think it might be worth a try.

I hate going to the Church's YouTube pages and trying to watch a video but I can't because it is blocked. That's lame :(

Tried safety mode with any names of deity? Or videos that have tag words or words in the title/description that can be both used in a perfectly good religious context as well as swearing? If those are also blocked, it means they may be using an old-school filtering mechanism that while good in its time, has been superceded by much better filtering technologies.
