Living tree suggestion

There is a legitimate privacy issue with allowing familysearch information on living people being viewable by everyone. However if multiple individuals or family members each enter information for a sibling or cousin, it seems that in a generation or so when that information is ok to be viewable to all, that there would be the possibility for duplicates. It would be helpful to have a (church member) publicly viewable database of living connections. For privacy concerns perhaps only name and record number would be viewable. In this way duplicates would not be possible since a member number only exists once.
