Someone made a post expressing frustration with the prompt the HP M3027x gives when you ask it to make copies. I am unable to find the post, but basically the copier asks you to confirm the original size (or you can wait 5 seconds and then it will automatically start copying). This extra prompt can be a bit annoying when you simply want to make a copy of a standard size piece of paper.

Now when you press the Start button, it just immediately starts making copies, like one would expect a copier to do.

- On the control panel, scroll down to the Administration button and press it.
- Select Default Job Options
- Select Default Options for Originals
- Select Original Size Prompt
- Choose Do Not Display, then press Save
- Restart the copier
