I am the ward librarian. The video for the new printer/copier says members should be able to send print jobs to the printer from their mobile devices if the printer is connected to the internet. We have connected our printer to the internet through a Cisco product that connects the printer to the WiFi. We can print from a lap top, but how would members with mobile devices send their print jobs to the printer. We having trouble with this.

The process will vary between devices - iPads will do it differently than Android devices for example. The instructions are easily found on the internet.
