MFP with fax capability for wards

In our stake in South Carolina we have a bishops storehouse. The storehouse requires all commodity orders be faxed to them including from the two wards in the stake center. Each ward has an old mfp that have various issues but they can fax sometimes causing possible delays in getting commodities ordered. Is there a way that the church could purchase new mfps with fax capabilities for these wards? Or is there an internet option to order commodities so we don't have to get an mfp with fax capabilities.

Check the copiers in your stake clerk's office and in your meetinghouse libraries. You may find that your copier is also a MFP with a fax. In any case, your Stake PFR should be coordinating this issue with your FM.

I am the stake technology specialist assigned to the stake center. We do not have an mfp in the stake clerks office. We do have a copier that is fax capable but there is no phone line in the library. Also ward leaders are objecting to using it even if it was connected to a phone line in the library because of the confidential nature of food orders that are sent to the storehouse.

I'd talk to the FM group about your needs.
