Consumable copier supplies such as toner, drums, and paper may be ordered by calling 800-537-7192 and following the voice menu prompts, or, order online using the attached instructions. Orders are delivered to the bishop's or stake president's home address, depending on the local unit number given for payment.

I assume you are referring to the Logon ID for ldscatalog. That is your ward or stake's unit number, and the password should have been issued to your ward/stake. The ward/stake clerk should have this information. The login screen is a bit different from what is described in the ordering instructions above.
The rest of the ordering information has changed, as well. Once you have logged in for your unit, you go to Supplies > Office (Unit) and then click the appropriate country link. Then you'll be at the Corporate Express site.
Is the information provided in this thread and in other threads of the "FAQs for Local Unit Copier Program" forum going to be updated? The attachment in post #1 is no longer valid with the use of LDS Account logon and the change to using the online store from LDS.org. The Toner Information file attachment in post #3 is out of date as it does not include the later models such as the Xerox WorkCentre 4260.
