Members with copier responsibility call 800-537-7192, choose the voice menu option for ordering toner, and are thereby connected with a toner vendor. They will need a local unit number and copier model number (or toner part number) so that the total purchase amount can be deducted directly from their unit budget, making the use of a personal credit card and reimbursement unnecessary. Online ordering may also be available. It is wise to order a spare toner cartridge to avoid interruptions in copier use. Facilities Management Groups are not responsible for ordering toner or scheduling repairs on copiers.
