The Facilities Managment Office normally serves as the physical delivery destination for copiers, and should manage any exceptions. Copiers should never be sent to meetinghouses unless someone is guaranteed to be present to accept delivery.
FMGs coordinate installation of new copiers. Instructions are included with set-up materials accompanying the copier. If parts are missing, call 800-537-7192 and use the service option to contact the vendor’s service desk to arrange delivery. A thorough search of shipping materials should be made for possible missing items before calling.
If local units desire to purchase extra unauthorized copiers using their own local unit budget allocation funds, they are responsible for them, not the FMG.
