PAF under Vista does not recognize multiple printers

Under XP if I want to switch to Acrobat Distiller, for example, to write a report in PDF format, the standard (albeit awkward) procedure is to first go to Page Setup where one can choose the desired printer.
Under Vista however there is no Printer button on the Page Setup dialog box.
I can get around this problem by changing my default Windows printer before starting PAF but this is even more awkward.
Can anyone suggest a workaround?
