Discussion Feature

I just noticed tonight a new tab called Discussions. It appears below the Duplicates tab. When did this come out? Currently all I see is a message that says: "Sorry, the discussion feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Although I haven't used this feature yet, it would appear that it's only available for those ancestors who are deceased. If you try to use the discussions feature for anyone who is living you get the error message.
Try choosing a deceased ancestor on your pedigree then click on the "Discussions" link.
