I recently switched from an android to an iPhone. I downloaded the family search tree app from the App Store. When I try to logon it tells me that username or password is incorrect. I know my password is correct and I can log onto the app on my tablet and I can logon to it on my computer. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It still will not work. Any suggestions?
