Missing the Share option in Temple menu

#1

Post by ccordoba24 »

Hi folks,

I have a director in the family history library here who has an odd problem. In her account she has about 1774 Temple Reserves however both in the Temple menu when opened and then when one clicks on an individual she is missing the 'Share' tab. She sees the Printing and Unreserve menu items or tabs but not the Share one -to share with a Temple or with family and friends.

I've gone through all the basic stuff of running windows updates and then java updates, uninstalling and reinstalling chrome etc but nothing brings back her Share tab..

Does anyone have any suggestions or possible feedback on this odd problem? , she is running windows 7 Ultimate...any help will be appreciated :D

Sorry, it was their antivirus program.

I uninstalled the free one they were using and installed a different antivirus , also free, and then the menu buttons all showed up.

Odd but that's what happened after I posted the above.

Which one caused the problem? That would be good to know.
