Finding new memories

I am a ward Family History Consultant and was asked how a person can find new memories (photos, stories, documents, etc) that have been added to their family members, since they have last looked at them. This person has lots of info in their tree and has many family members that add to the memories and would like to know what has been added since they were last on the site.

I'm not sure about how to find changes, but there is a empty "star" icon that if you click it, you will receive emails telling you about future changes to the person. I assume that include memories.

I showed them the star, but wondered if there was another way. Thank you for your comment.
