File download failed

When I try running the FamilySearch Indexing application, I get an update box, then message in the details that indicates "File download failed".

Happening on two computers.

How do I fix this?

I just checked and had no problem loading the application, completing and submitting a batch. Try again and if you continue to have problems, you should call FamilySearch Support.
